Just got a new iPhone 6+ on Monday. On Tuesday I installed the IOS 9.0.1 update and I started getting âNO SERVICEâ on/off. Rebooting, ejecting SIM, resetting network connections helped for 30 minutes to an hour, then back to âNo Service". I updated to IOS 9.0.2 and its been even worse. For every 1 Hour of Service, I have 12 hours of NO Service. ATT checked the SIM card, had me reboot, reset the network connections, reboot, reboot, reboot, reset the network connections. Still no luck, Apple Support told me they havenât heard of this issue but after going back and forth between ATT and Apple, Apple is sending me a replacement phone for a $29 shipping fee. Ironically, if itâs the IOS update, this new phone might end up with the same issue â Iâll post a follow up when I get the replacement iPhone this week.
