iOS 9, Cellular settings not saving

Yes, I have the exact same issue. Tried the ios9 update issued today. I did not help or solve the issue. Ugh!!!!

The 9.01 update released today does NOT fix the issues in this thread! Apple this is one of the most disastarous updates ever!

I just applied 9.0.1 and found it did NOT fix the problem. 😟

Updated iPhone6 with ios 9 and am having same problem. Cellular will not turn on for App Store, iTunes or any Apple app. I turn on cellular data and as soon as I go to the home screen it switches cellular data off but only for Apple apps. Factory reset phone and updated to 9.1 and still have the same issue.

AS others have done, I updated to 9.01 today, and just like everyone else, it did not affect the problem at all.

I have this same problem! I have an iphone 5s and had some apps turned off of the Cellular data before i updated to iOS9, now, they wont go back even when i toggle them to on. I contacted Apple support, and the lady on the phone said because my phone wasn't under warranty anymore i would need to pay $29 service fee to fix the problem. Then she had me plug my phone into my computer and do a restore through itunes.....Still, my phone is screwed up, even after she guaranteed me it would work. I guess apple support team members don't even know what they are doing, but they sure want to get money outta you. Greedy cheats!

It is an issue that will Most likly be fixed with a later Update. You can try to restore the device, it sometimes fix the issue.

BTW apple support had me do reset settings , that did not work. Next , ditch effort I agree to do a factory reset! This did work but only for 2 days. My phone is now back to the same problem!! So don't waste ur time doing that and restoring. As much as we all pay for these products th issue should have been caught before the release. (9.01 fix DOES NOT WORK EITHER!!).
