i recently updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 9. Every time I open an app now the screen goes black and I have to push the home button and click on the app again for it to work. Any fix ideas?

9.1 seems to resolve the issue.
I have tried voice commands (Siri turned off) and no black screen appeared.
Remains to also test voice dial with a blue-tooth device.
Same thing happens to my iPhone 6 128 GB It happens every 2 or 3 days seriously frustrating having to reboot the entire device to get it working again
It happened on 9.0.2 and it happens on 9.2 and I remember on iOS 8 it would also randomly restart itself like it had a memory leak or something. Is this because the 64 GB and 128GB use some TMSC chip or something thats been causing these types of issues? Incredible how we get no answers from Apple on this
