After updating to iOS9 I can not sign into iCloud and restore my backup. Now I do not have access to anything on my iPad air. Any way to fix this?

This what I did to get it working:

Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

Once it restarts, just re-input your wifi password. Go back into Settings and check ITunes & App Store, FaceTime, and iCloud to make sure that your Apple accounts are signed in.

Not sure what causes it but each time it does, I've reset the network settings and it resolves the issue.

I ran into a similar probelm where for some reason, my ipad stopped being able to verify my apple ID credentials so I could not turn off find my ipad. After googling around endlessly for a solution of how to fix this I found out that there was a profile setting that was causing web certificate problems and not allowing my ipad to securely form a connection with the apple ID server. This is likely caused from opening a malicious link or clicking on a malicious ad. The easiest fix is to go settings -> general -> reset -> reset all settings.

*WARNING: Although this method works and will fix any network issues, including verification issues with Apple ID server, this will result in you losing any saved wifi passwords, wallpaper, ringtone, accessibility and any other device settings. The best fix would be to restore to a backup from a time when your device was working perfectly.

I hope this helps!
