New with Mac.
Searched online and tried several solution, none of them seems to work.

I am experiencing the SAME problem with several apps I purchased recently. Apple support is USELESS. First, I has to erase my drive just to install El Capitan since I tried to install it and bricked my computer. And now this!?
I checked other forums... Here's the latest.
Apple switched servers on sep.30. The new servers are giving problems. Another user suggested adding an IP to the hosts file. This is a bit compicated and dangerous if you do not know what you're doing, but I tried it and it worked! BUT the posts keep getting erased!
