"unable to download purchase. Try again on Purchased page" Help please?????

Okay guys, bought 2 apps and whoever I try to install them on the purchases page, it says "app failed to download. Please use the purchases page to try again."
I read other threads and tried a lot of things already. Tried deleting them from the applications folder, restarted, hit the reset all warnings for purchases button, under account settings, etc.

I really don't know what to do. I paid money for these apps, and it won't let me download. I have a 2013 mbp with El Capitan running. Can't figure it out.

Any help at all would be very much appreciated.

Hello,

I cannot download and install Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. I redeemed my school code it said my purchase was installing. My purchase stopped and said "error download failed". Go to Purchases Page and Install from there. No luck same message. But when I went to purchases page another Star Wars Game was installing just under the one I need. Now I have one that I must have been charged for and do not want. The one I need I used the code and it was downloading and stopped. I rebooted my computer as the company that created the games suggested and tried again with no luck. The download I stopped that I did not want is now fully downloaded on my Computer. The creators of the Star Wars Games said that they have made the Apple Store aware of the problem. Apple sends you to the game designer. It is the apple store that is not working right not the game, I haven't gotten the game yet. I need it for Creative Writing course on writing for games. Any ideas would be helpful. I am running MacBookPro 2014 Yosimite.

Thanks,

Lisa

They are giving me an answe that I already tried even rebooted computer. All this was in the support email I sent them. Now I see I was charged for the download I never started it downloaded with the game I need for school. But the one I need won't download.
