Itunes store layout messed up after upgrade to 12.3

After upgrading to 12.3 on a macbook pro osx 10.10.3 the itunes store for music layout is messed up. Almost not usable. Tried to install itunes again. No luck there.

There appears to be an issue at Apple End nothing to do with your system

This is utterly unacceptable. Shoddy programming. Apple really is screwing up a lot these days and I don't ever remember this happening before. This iTunes store layout error is schoolboy stuff. How could they let that through? Ever since Jobs died Apple has gone downhill. They messed up with Music, there's more crashing than ever and now this glaring farrago. I'm really getting sick of it all but could never ever switch to Microsoft. Please start employing some cream programmers again Apple.

Very happy at the end all worked fine for everyone.

Indeed there is an option in iTunes for clearing cache.. I did not report that as I though I was stating the obvious, and also it did not work for me and the Apple Support technician from 3rd level who was indeed very good, told me that if the cache gets corrupted or not working properly, the Application menu function might not work.
