Bogus iPad Pro Shipping Info

So . . . order shipped on the 16th of November, and it made it from China all the way to Kentucky. That same day, November 19th, it managed to make its way back to Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong. It stayed there a whole day or so, and then it shipped twice. There are two timestamps next to each other, one saying in transit from Hong Kong and the other a few minutes later saying that it shipped. Since it has shipped, there is no longer any information on my purchase. The iPad has vanished. About five days have passed without anything on my iPad. I don't even have a delivery date. This is a problem because I'm not going to be able to receive it later in the week when I have family obligations for Thanksgiving. I really would like to know why, after a week has gone by since it allegedly shipped, I still don't have a delivery estimate. This is actually really problematic.

Anyone else having the same problem, and if you are having the same problem, have you discovered what is going on?

Same exact story for me, numerous chats that went nowhere, even talked to supervisor who did not ow anything and gave song and dance about them working hard to resolve. Working hard means sending emails to UPS. Anyone get this resolved? New delivery date was today but today is over....

Apparently my Ipad Pro is on the move again but no delivery date. Still don't have that warm cozy feeling any of this information is accurate. Another thing that makes me wonder . . . who at UPS is working Thanksgiving Day to receive the shipment???? Time will tell

Got mine yesterday.

All of the same for me. A lot of wasted time calling apple and UPS, each blame each other with no definitive reason as to why my delivery is delayed. Poor execution on both sides

mine still hasn't arrived yet (I'm in Canada), but the UPS tracking updated with an estimate of tomorrow! heres hoping...

Please let me know what you learn from this phone conversation. Mine is stuck in Louisville (for the second time) and now is scheduled for a December 2nd delivery.

im having a problem like this with my I phone x. the shipping updates have been very broad and the last thing they told me was "Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery." I was never informed if it left china and they took away my delivery estimate 2 days ago. when I called all they could say was "keep checking the website." It is supposed to arrive Friday, and unless like they're telling you that "the scans are all messed up" it is not looking likely for me to get the delivery on Friday.
