Can't sign up for unroll.me

The iOS app unroll.me refuses to accept my iCloud email and password, giving me an error telling me to check their accuracy. I have done so several times and am certain I am entering correct information.


Has anyone had similar problems? I've sent a help request to the unroll.me site, but so far no response.


(I would submit this to the iOS App community, but those choice are restricted to specific apps. There are no General iOS App or General iOS Communities I can find. This in itself is a problem. I'm posting to the Using iPhone community as a possible alternative.)

This worked for me as well. Log in to your Apple ID account page: appleid.apple.com/account/home In the Security section, click Edit. Click Generate Password and follow the steps on your screen. Using your email address and your app-specific password, return to the unroll.me app or unroll.me/a/signup and try creating/reauthorizing your account again. Once you're logged in, your account should remain connected.

If it doesn't work reach out to unroll.me support.
