Upgraded to 12.3.2.35 and now iTunes Store screens flashes

I just upgraded to iTunes 12.3.2.35 and now the iTunes Store screen flashes black. It happens 1 to 2 times per second, only the content portion of the screen (not the menu bar, etc.)

I've tried rebooting, diagnostics, etc. Does anyone have a fix?

This is my diagnostics screen:

This has nothing to do with graphics cards, drivers or screen resolution. Last night, I spoke to Tech Support and was transferred to a Team Leader as well. They both claimed to be unaware that this is an issue at all. I was given two options -- uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Itunes or wait for an update. I chose to do nothing for now. I may call agaim tomorrow and have them walk me through the uninstall and reinstall. Even after I told them of the posts on the Apple site as well as others I found through Google, they insist they know nothing.
Later spoke to another advisor who tried to brush me off and make me feel very stupid. Held my ground and got transferred to another team leader. He remotely viewed my laptop and saw the flickering himself. He also looked at the various threads in the Apple Support community. He is bringing the problem to the Engineering Group and will be back in touch with me mid week. Hopefully, Apple will get a patch out to fix this.

Another method would be to download an older iTunes version from the link below and install it after removing the current one causing the issues, in case people don't know how to work safe mode.

Apple - Support - Downloads

Note: Read the descriptions, if you are on a newer computer with windows 10 for example, you need to download an older version from another website as the above website has older versions but they are intended for troubleshooting and might not be a version you desire and or detrimental.

I'm currently looking at this site: http://www.iphonefirmware.com/download-old-versions-of-itunes/#1440545766410-6db 4627e-e452

I don't think removing iTunes deletes your iTunes folder with all your info but you can make a copy of that folder to your desktop just to be sure.

Hi all

I can only assume that this problem is not happening to everyone. If it were, I can assure you that Apple would be onto the problem. That said, as people out there have slowly upgraded, it appears that it is relatively widespread given the number of threads popping up. Interestingly various people have posted here that they have individually told Apple Support who a) pretend they haven't heard of the issue and b) go onto say they will get engineering to get onto it and post a solution in a few days. Well, a few days have gone and gone and gone and nothing has happened. Rolling back iTunes is not an ideal solution given it can lead to other issues depending on what other updates have been installed since. Even uninstalling and reinstalling an older version is not for the feint hearted

It would appear too that the problem is slightly different for different people. It ranges from a black screen in the iTunes music store to full on flickering / flashing to mild flickering /flashing. Hence why some people simply can't use the store through to people like me being able to use it albeit in amongst the flashing / flickering..

We'll give them a few more days. It surely must be hitting their bank balance though. I would have thought the problem is prevalent enough to show diminished sales during what I imagine to be their busiest sales time for music.

I have to agree that going back to an older version is not a fix, it is just ignoring the problem and wait for Apple to come up with a solution. For the moment I just stopped using the Itune store on my PC and buy my stuffs directly on one of my i device. It's all the same account anyways so when Apple comes out with a real solution then it will download whatever purchase was made to my PC.
