Upgraded to 12.3.2.35 and now iTunes Store screens flashes

I just upgraded to iTunes 12.3.2.35 and now the iTunes Store screen flashes black. It happens 1 to 2 times per second, only the content portion of the screen (not the menu bar, etc.)

I've tried rebooting, diagnostics, etc. Does anyone have a fix?

This is my diagnostics screen:

You are mistaken if you think that Apple - Support - Downloads is a repository for all versions of iTunes - it is a very selective listing that omits many versions of iTunes and/or the different installers for each version. Turingtest2's user tip on Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates lists all versions of iTunes, with variant installers, going back to 11.4. If you look there it'll confirm that the 12.1.3 version that happens to be on the Apple page is an XP/Vista-specific update adding iOS 09 support to the last mainstream version for those OSs (12.1.2). Suggesting that 12.1.3 is the immediate predecessor of 12.3.2 is simply wrong, and any suggestion that it might resolve iTunes Store issues is misleading and, for anyone expecting to retain support for Apple Music, counter-productive. The preceding versions that users may find useful as a short-term fix to the iTunes Store issue, pending an update from Apple, are 12.3.1 and 12.3. I suggest that you check your facts before posting.

I'm confused (nothing new there 🙂), I don't understand the basis behind your statement that "System will not restore from safe mode".

It seems you CAN do a Windows 7 System Restore from Safe Mode (http://bfy.tw/3Oz8), I was merely asking why do it from Safe Mode versus just doing it from normal mode? I'm guessing it's because Safe Mode boots a computer without loading any third-party (in this case Apple) software or drivers?

Also, for me it should revert back to iTunes 12.3.1.23 where I did not have the flickering screen issue. Whether or not it works or if I really want to go to the trouble of trying it is another matter altogether...

Presumably Apple renders a lot of profit from the itunes Store, so if this problem was indeed pervasive then I'm sure they would move quickly to solve the problem (that to me seems rather simple to solve).

I suspect it may appear this complication is widespread, but that assumption comes from reading posts on a thread dedicated to the problem. Not a good indication of how many itune users are actually having trouble.

Eventually, I'm sure it will be fixed.

Correct !

Going back to the previous version doesn't mean solving the problem . Some users did it anyway without success , so I guess the only solution will be new iTunes update.
