URLs not working in Safari or Mail after iOS 9.2.1

After updating my iPad Air 2 iOS 9.2.1, I experienced Safari crashing when trying to open a new tab. I solved this problem by disabling Search Engine Suggestions and Safari Suggestions in Settings, as recommended. However now, if I've done a search, I cannot open any of the links in that search. If I type a specific URL in the Search Box, then I can open the page, but am unable to sign in, use any links from that page, etc. Also, I find that I am unable to open any URL links that I receive in Mail and tapping on a link then locks up Mail... I have done a full sync to my iMac, which can sometimes rectify a problem, but it hasn't helped in this instance.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I upgraded my ipad air to 9.3 and can no longer receive or send emails via talktalk mail. There was a second update and it worked for about 12hours and then failed again. Everything else OK but I used talktalk mail so am stuck Eva

Upgrade right now to 9.3.1, it is finally out today. It fixes the problem

I have just uodated to 9.3.1 and it solved the problem.

go to Settings > Software update >

Just go to Settings>General>Software Update, then wait for the prompt.

My iPhone 6s 64 is practically useless at the moment. Opening links of any kind from Safari, Mail, iMessage, Whatsapp crashes the app. Only way to recover is to close the app. This really disturbs my work.

A quick fix would be nice. As far as I'm concerned a few other users are experiencing same kind of issues.

The interesting thing here is that this started some days before I updated to 9.3. The day these problems began I didn't do anything special with my iPhone, if something I might have installed one game on my device. Updated to 9.3 hoping this would help but no. 😕
