After updating to iOS 9.3 push mail not working on any account

I have an iPhone 6S Plus. I updated to iOS 9.3 and now none of my email (gmail, work email, outlook.com) push is working. I have to periodically go in and and click on mail and let it retrieve it (like if it was on battery saver mode).

I have restarted the phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled some of the mail accounts. No luck.

Anyone else out there have this issue? Any fixes that do not include a restore?

Anytime Apple says "restore your device" or "exchange your device" that is the most B.S. response ever and is the last option, not the first.

Also, Apple, if you read this, I would appreciate a battery that works above 40 degrees. Samsung works well below freezing but the iPhone shuts off and asks to get plugged in because it is too cold below 40 degrees. Your response to my issue was "our batteries are rated to work only above 32 degrees". Engineering fail.

Steve I think its shocking that on an Apple dedicated forum to help with problems that NOT 1 person from apple has replied with a solution.

We have multiple users experiencing ActiveSync push "issues". The iPhone simply stops monitoring the Exchange email account folders (Inbox, Sent Items, etc...) and new emails are not pushed to the phone.

Apple support explained to me that the workaround is to have users manually check for new messages by unlocking the phone, opening the mail app, and pulling down to refresh the Inbox. This is obviously not a viable solution.

There has been no commitment (from Apple) to release a long-term fix for this issue. We are struggling with next steps at this point. Unless Apple fixes this issue we may need to migrate iPhone users to Android.

*Note: just installed 9.3.2 on a few test phones to see if the issue is resolved. Nothing in the release notes but fingers have been sufficiently crossed...

I Can not keep going into my iCloud email account to see if mail has arrived , this update and push problem with the iCloud is no use at all, unfortunately it is now of little use to me so I'm going to delete my icloud account. In fact thinking it through I would be as well going for a completely different system . This renders all my Apple devices useless IPad , IPhone etc. So I would think there are going to be more people like me changing completely out of Apple products and its subscriptions. Why are Apple not fixing this?

After downloading the most recent 10.1.1 software update over a week ago. I have not been able to retrieve any updates via my email and last Thursday my phone was stagnant in sending a text. I finally shut it down and restarted the phone. Only to have my pictures duplicated, texts deleted awhile ago to magically reappear, and text texts sent to me that I never received initially pop up but were blank. Only showed senders name. This is not good because I had a coworker trying to reach me about work. Phone is showing full- that I have no storage space. I've deleted about everything I can. These software updates seem to cause more bugs and headaches than the fixes they claim they are rectifying.
