mail ios 10 trash all command
I just updated to ios 10. I noticed the trash all command is missing in mail. did they move it or is it really gone?

rbrylawski, I think Ian was replying to me. I stand by my earlier post that you could trash all in each account's inbox but not in the "all inboxes" folder. Moot now since I've upgraded to ios 10. I'm using the fix provided above which is clunky but does the job. Thanks, B.Deis for providing the work around.
Thanks, but nope. At the top of each post is who a comment is responding to and it was definitely me. But as you said, it's a moot point. What may once have been is not what is currently an option now, unless you use the workaround.
Thanks SS. Solved a problem for me that I long wanted to solve. Trashing 100s of emails one by one is just too tedious.

With OS 10.2 you get an envelope sign at the top righthand side of the mail form. Tap on the envelope,and you get thre choices. Select the vastebin and the message goes in the wastebin.
I used it all the time and hate they is is no longer an option. Are there any Apple experts who know what the **** happened to this option? No one has an hour to delete email one at a time.
What happened is that it was removed.
