iPhone 7 Plus keeps freezing

Good morning -


I have a question about my iPhone 7 Plus. It seem that it keeps freezing in the middle of a task. It happens in native (iMessage, Phone) and downloaded apps ( facebook, pinterest). I either have to shut the apps down, or reboot my phone all together.


Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what did you do to fix it? Or is there any insight as to why this is happening on my 3 day old iPhone 7Plus?

Are you restoring the phone from a back up? Or back to factory state. If you've only tried restoring it to a back up, the next step would be to try restoring it to factory state then testing it for several days.

I'm having the same issue and have had this issue since the day I got my new phone. Freezes all the time screen becomes unresponsive to touch. I tried returning it but the they are on back order so itll be past my 14 days. The whole thing is a joke. They should at least replace your phone especially since they have such a high price tag. I was pretty much told I was sol. Mine is 128 gb 7 plus. If anyone is thinking about getting one I would def wait until they get all the bugs worked out!!!!

I have an iPhone 7 plus, I have the same problem. It happened four times since I got the phone on September 26th. It's very scaring, I don't when I will lose all my data. I have never had the same issue on my iPhone 3, 4, 4s, 5, 6 plus, it's very disappointing, when you pay more and more, but the product quality gets worse. For an Apple fan, it's a truly sad story.

My 7+ 128Gb was having the same freezing problem after 8 days, I took it to return and replace the set, the apple representative was surprised to hear the problem as if I'm the only one customer who's complaining with such problem. Anyway I returned it and order online again. There are NO iPhone 7+ in store. I guess the problem is with the new IOS and apple is currently working to solve it. And so they've created the artificial stock crisis. But officially they are not admiring the problem. I've used most of the iPhone models and so far I've not experience such freezing problem. I hope apple will solve it and then make it available in market. With full customer satisfaction. Thanks
