What is the problem you're experiencing? You don't say so we can only guess it's the killed processes due to insufficient RAM. If it's something else then post back and be specific.

After removing the adware is the problem lessened in any way?

You are running only 4 GB or RAM and that may be part of the problem since you've had so many processes killed due to lack of RAM. You model MBP can utilize up to 16 GB of RAM. Apple only states 8 GB but the 8 GB modules were not available at that time. I think upgrading to at least 8 GB will go a long way to speeding up your Mac and stopping the killed processes. Added memory will not improve boot time.

You only have 2 memory slots so you'd need two 4 GB modules or, if you want to max out two 8 GB modules. Only get them from crucial.com or macsales.com. They test all modules on the same model Mac and guarantee that they will work.

Also get ride of uTorrent. Websites from which it downloads are probably where you got the adware. Only download software directly from the developer's site or the App Store.

Also make sure the Unpollute My Mac application has been removed and deleted.

First, you don't have enough RAM to run Sierra and your apps efficiently. Unfortunately, you can't upgrade the RAM on a MBA so you're out of luck in that area.

Next, you should reboot once a day to clear out old caches and temp files which will speed up the iMac. The following is from this article from the Mac Observer: The Benefits of a 32GB Mac For Average Users

If I were to reboot my Mac every morning I have no doubt I could live with 16GB or even 8GB without experiencing most of the aforementioned symptoms

Remove all of the items from the User Login Items in the System/Users & Groups/Login Items section and run them only when you need them. That will help with the beach balling.

Make sure all of your 3rd party software is up to date.

More RAM might help, but I don't think that is the main problem. See my last post for recommended sources.

Uninstall Avast. It tends to interfere with the computer's operation while providing minimal to no benefit.

Avast

Here's the deal--MBP mid 2010 OSX 10.12.2 upgraded to Sierra and it got wayyy slow = everything--not just internet--like throw it out the window = useless computer. Went to all these forums and others had same issue & tried little things to no avail. THEN I went to Apple support 'chat now' and they had me zap the p-ram = didn't help. THEN they had me go to -->desktop --> Go (at top) hold option while holding Go then 'Library' appeared in middle of list. -->open library-->throw cache in trash -->restart computer --> empty trash -->restart computer and Voila = MBP back to normal speedy self !!!!!!! :-) OMG and WoWsErS!!!! Apple has free support, even in the middle (4 am) of the night = totally cool!!

In most cases reinstalling the system won't remedy this.

My advice is to report to Apple your findings. Since Yosemite everything has begun slowing down significantly.

Live Video Rendering and Audio Especially with macOS Sierra is so under par and forcing even my Brand New iMac 5k fully loaded along with my 2016 Late MBP Fully Loaded totally to their knees with flying fans. With Mac OS 10.9 Mavericks I could do so much more without the fans kicking in and giving me Video and Audio Drop outs all the time..

But then again back then the console was not being spammed with 30 Log Messages per second. Something which even the Apple Computers in the Apple Stores are exhibiting. When so many messages are hitting the Console that is going to eat up CPU cycles which the user could have spent much better.

If you really rely on performance

1 - Turn off iCloud Completely on your Mac. Incl. Photos.

2 - Disable anything Handoff and anything trying to constantly establish com. with any iOS devices.

3 - Get in the habit of quitting out of Safari and especially Mail when doing CPU intensive work.

Until this whole iOS integration into OS X and the new Swift language is settling down I fear that performance is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. However, if you really want your Mac to run screamingly fast, you are going to have to work for it. But it is possible. But it involves disabling a lot of Daemons and background tasks. And disabling iCloud which would be a no no for most since they rely heavily on it. If you are in to serious Image, Video or Audio Production there is no way around disabling those. Or you have to revert back to pre 10.10. I know a lot of pro facilities still sitting on 10.9 due to the fact that it is much more performant for such apps.

You have a large amount of adware and malware installed.

1 - CMM3 is considered malware around here. Uninstall it.

[loaded] com.macpaw.CleanMyMac3.Scheduler.plist (2017-01-12)

How to uninstall CleanMyMac 3. Knowledge Base - MacPaw

2 - As for the adware either rerun Etrecheck and click on the Remove button next to them or download and use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Macs. It's was developed by one of the most respected and top contributors in these forums and recommended by nearly all of the top contributors here.

If you would prefer to do it manually follow these instructions from theSafeMac.com site (author of Malwarebytes): Adware Removal Guide

3 - uninstall both MacAfee and Avast. There is absolutely no need for either on a Mac. Both are worthless software than only slows down the Mac and drains the pocketbook. Google to find the developer's instructions for uninstalling.

4 - you're running the minimum amount of RAM for Sierra. You will see an improvement if you increase your RAM to 8 GB from either Crucial.com or macsales.com, the only two reliable providers of RAM modules for Macs. However, take fade of items 1 - 3 first and see if the performance improves to acceptable levels. If so then you won't have to expend additional $$.

You have adware installed. Run the report again and where you see the red Adware, click Remove. Once complete, run the report again and post a copy into a new reply.

Or download this program which was written by Thomas Reed, a long time poster. The program will do the work for you which makes it easy.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac 10.9 and later

What should I do if Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac didn't solve my problem?

More RAM would help.

The 2 places I’ve seen recommended most to buy reliable RAM are below. I have purchased RAM several times and a hard drive from Other World Computing and have always been very satisfied with the product and service. They have on-line instructions on how to replace the RAM. OWC has also tested RAM above what Apple states is the maximum. I had 6GB installed on an early 2008 iMac supposedly limited to 4 GB and noticed an improvement.
