iPhone 7 plus stuck on black screen with spinning wheel

How do I fix this? I've already tried to reset, enter DFU mode, recover from iTunes. Nothing works. I can't use iTunes because it asks me to grant access from my unresponsive iPhone. DFU mode doesn't work, the screen won't turn off no matter what combination of seconds I hold the buttons for. This has been going on for over an hour. Do I just wait for the battery to die? Please note I don't live in the US or U.K. or anywhere with an Apple Store that I can take it to.

Thanks

OMG! This just happened to me. Thank you to google for leading me to this link and of course, I

have to say thank you to you for posting such a detailed and helpful message. After losing my mind for about thirty minutes because my phone wasn't functioning, I finally decided to hop on the computer and google the issue. After finding your post, my phone restarted within seconds! Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU!

Ugh! This just happened to me! My phone has been acting very goofy since the last update. I make phone calls to my husband that he does not receive... sometimes it just freezes when I try to make a call. My data has also gone over the past 2 months and I know I have not used that much/ no apps open etc.

I work in a emergency setting and have always been able to rely on my phone... tonight while working it froze while trying to make a call and is now stuck on the black screen spinning wheel for over 15 min. The suggested vol down, power down while plugged in did nothing. This is not ok in my line of work! I have never had this many problems with an iPhone before. Im beyond bummed.
