MacBook Pro 2016 15" butterfly keyboard problem

MBP 15" with touchbar, European enter/return key.

Bottom half not responding at all, top half not clicking / less travelling.

This is just so annoying.

same problem here, some of the keys ive used most have a different feel to it now, and also need deeper pressing than the rest, have different tactility to it

I have the same problem but with the "e" key. Suddenly started a few days ago.

Yep, same problem here, but with me it's the shift key. Sometimes it pops up again and acts normally, but most of the time it doesn't really 'click' anymore.

I'm having the same issue except with the command key next to the space bar. Mine is a 13" macbook pro non-touchbar. First time i am having issue with a macbook pro ! 😟

Same behavior on a Swiss-German Keyboard.. All Keys exept the Enter-Key works fine. Realy annoying.

Same problem with the 15-inch model and Russian keyboard. Does Apple going to do something with that, like a replacement program?

They will replace broken keys or complete keyboards and will keep quiet. Maybe a new keyboard will be developed to replace all faulty ones in about a year. Under a replacement program. I hope...

Agreed. First it was my space bar and now my alt key barely works. I can't go 2 days without a computer for business. I had to buy an older apple keyboard to edit with.

This worked for me. So glad I don't have to take it to be worked on.

It was fully covered under warranty. They replaced the keyboard and the battery. No issues now but we will see how long it lasts

My problem is C button, i am fell it can not presssmooth.

again my type POWER is so stuck that it almost does not work. They should give away 1 Dell with this Mac, just in case 🙂

Besides that -- is anyone noticing that the keyboard is super prone to fingerprints? Any suggestions? I tried a keyboard cover but it was very hard to type with it on.
