My phone was logged into at 3:10 am and now my screen is locked saying to email unlock.device@gmx.com
obviously I know this isnt an apple thing and I'm not going to email them. HELP

No, I couldn't believe it either and ignored her, scheduled another call back and complained about their clear lack of basic Apple knowledge whilst working as customer support.

Hey! How did you unlocked your mac, this happened to my mac and I took it to macstore and they told me the only solution was to restore it to fabric. I haven't done it yet.

It appears that the code works for Mac Air, but not for Mac Pro... I also unlocked my Iphone and Ipad! I was sure that Apple is trustworthy... but it seems it's not! 😟
