Not helpful at all Jeremy. We are trying with wifi; with iTunes, several different computers, different wifi networks and always the same.

It seems like is a trouble of the Apple Server; could you confirm that? Is Apple working on the issue?

Did you try though? If not there must be some sort of consumer law to help you get something out of them. If you went down to a store and tried to convince them that this was done by Apple directly, and that you, as a customer, should be entitled to something in return, I'm sure they must have been able to offer you something?

I have tried everything! The last person I spoke to at Apple Support told me that he thought it must be a problem with iOS 11, and that all I could do was wait for iOS 12 to come out and hope that helped!

But no, I haven't been to an Apple Store yet, but I do plan on doing so. I shall be interested to see what they say!

I have just heard back from the Apple Store. Surprise!!! They couldn't get it to work either! As it is out of warranty, they cannot replace the iPad, and told me that the problem is with the iPad itself! It was working before I tried to update to iOS 11! According to the technician, other iPad Air 2s' have had no problems, therefore it has to be my machine, not the iOS. My last hope is to contact Apple again and see if I can get anything of use from them.
