Very sad!... not to say but my experience is very annoying.
All the sound related problems which I brought by paying a huge amount considering Apple as a brand.
Several chat sessions and phone calls with Apple support without any resolutions, responses etc.
I went Apple authorised service provider,
1st time, they gave me a replacement with some other issues after waiting for a week.
2nd time, they promised me to get replacement or repaired device however not received yet, again a week time.
Don’t know what happened??
Do I need to take certain actions now, may be a legal actions???
How come Apple releases such devices? Is there no QA process before launch it to market?? Several questions …
I’m very disappointed.
