Time is not displayed on lock screen
After upgrading to IOS 11, my phone no longer shows time on lock screen. Need to unlock the phone to check the time.

Hi there, burugupalli!
From your post, I see that you have been using iOS 11 and have noticed that since updating, the time no longer appears on your Lock screen. I’d be more than happy to help!
The first recommendation I have is to restart your iPhone, if you have not already. You can follow instructions here to do that: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
If the time still does not show after restarting, make sure your iOS is up to date; iOS 11.0.1 has been released, and may help: Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
Should the time still not be visible, please reinstall iOS 11 using the steps under “Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again” here: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Even though the title of the article doesn’t exactly match your issue, the steps to reinstall are the same. Reinstalling iOS 11 won’t remove any content from your iPhone, but I would still recommend backing up before beginning: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.
If you continue to have trouble with your time displaying on the Lock screen, don’t hesitate to respond back.
Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! Have a great day.
Okay people I may be jinxing this but I think I have the cure! I have had my 7plus replaced TWICE and the Apple Genius gave me a suggestion that has lasted SIX DAYS now. This is the longest ever. If I again start having this problem I will have to blame an app. Maybe we all have the same one?
Back up your phone and then THROUGH YOUR ITUNES, reset your phone. Whipe it clean and then RESET IT AS NEW.
I hope this helps for everyone.
Apple, I still have the problem of loosing my notifications and time on my home screen. I have done all recommended procedures. Recover phone, reinstall iOS. Etc. but the problem is still there. Also I am running the latest version of iOS. 11.2.5
When can I expect a fix for this problem? Or what can I do to fix it myself?
Thx

Yes, I am also having the same issue but by clearing notification every time it works.
if you haven't tried workaround give it a shot, annoying but working for me.Below is a link.

The issue occurs repeatedly even after restarting the device. Granted restarting the device temporarily brings the time back but the issue occurs again and again.
Is there no bug fix in the works? Or is the only solution to restart the phone every single time it happens? If that is the case… that doesn’t seem to hold up to the standard that Apple would say they have
Same problem and doesn't go away with resetting. Doesn't seem anyone at Apple really cares. I'm on iOS 11.0.3
I’ve been having this same problem, I tried everything but I think I have a solution... try changing your background picture, since I’ve done that the clock never disappeared.
I have the same issue i have restored my phone and it keeps happening. i have ios 11.0.3 but its been doing it since i had ios 11.
I just installed 11.0.3 and this issue began happening. It works for awhile after I restart.
Please fix this Apple.
Had the same problem for some time. I figured out that if you change the fonts to bold and than back to normal the problem disappears. Hope this will be resolved in the next update.
Same issue here. Changing text to bold or View to zoom only fixes the problem temporarily. I'm having to do this at least once a day on an iPhone 8 Plus.
Reset fixed my problem. Thanks
May-seam silly but
Reset network setting
Change wallpaper
Power off & Back On
Leave new wallpaper after or change back to previous. Works every time.
nope...
I am having the same issues on my iPhone X that is updated to iOS 11.1.2
It happens at least once a day and will only be fixed when I restart.
