If you check now, update 11.0.2 is available and since I updated to that, I have been able to use my GPS. This is after waiting 1 week for a Genius Bar appointment in my city and finding out that that update was released the night before my appointment. I’m just thankful it works. I use Waze daily!

Nope. None of the suggested solutions worked.
That does not help. My bluetooth and wifi are always on.
Doubt if this would work since none of the apps using location service works, Google map, Apple map, Waze, Maprika, etc.

The IOS 11.1 didn't work for me either. Still the same thing.
11.2 public beta 4 does not fix the issue.
Still having an issue, here. Same situation, no gps after update. Tried everything suggested. Nothing works to this date.
I have the exact same issue w/iPhone 6 -- perfect GPS before v11, non-working GPS after v11.
Tried that, but still doesn't work.
Did the update and updated all of my apps (maps, google maps, mapquest). None of them are working. Worked once for a very short trip--as it had few instructions. Still not working.
