How do I remove the music player from the lock screen in iOS 11?
I need to see my notifications. I don't use the music player... I will NEVER use the music player. It's taking up valuable real estate.

This quite annoying and eating up real estate on the lock screen !!
Fix it Apple, we don’t need or want the music player control on our lock screens all the time !!!!!!!!

I tried this Riversideca2016 with no luck.
Go to settings > general > reset > reset network settings

I fixed the problem by doing a quick reset. Hold down your power and home button for about 10 seconds. He Apple will flash and it will reboot. Now it’s gone!
