Some characters not appearing in keyboard viewer

ׁWhen I'm using my custom Hebrew keyboard, I find that some characters don't appear in keyboard viewer.

While this is mildly irritating for some issues, I mapped all of the cantillation characters to option-numbers and none of them appear. Since I don't recall which is which, this is incredibly problematic.

Is there a way to change the keyboard viewer so as to show these characters ?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

Still no solution (fonts seem to be ok)...

What font uses the Keyboard Viewer in Mac OS X 10.13 High Sierra?

Maybe knowing that could be helpful to find some conflict...
