iPhone X Ghost Touch

We went to the apple store. They told us nothing was wrong with the phone, then replaced the screen. That worked for about a month, Now we are back to the ghost touch. #thanksapple

I'm having the exact same issue. My phone is 6 months old. I have an appt at Genius bar. Can you let me know how you make out please?

They replaced my wife's phone at the genius bar appointment. Coincidentally, a co-worker had the same issue recently with her iPhone X and they too replaced her phone. Both were under warranty.

Finally, my phone has been replaced too with a new one...

My iphone having this issue too. I removed the tempered glass and it works fine back. Now still testing, will update how it is going on.

If you took it to Apple they would have either fixed it or replaced it. As you did a self repair you voided the warranty under which Apple would have replaced it.

I misinterpreted his post to mean he removed the phone‘s screen, which is tempered glass. I apologize if I was wrong.

If you'd taken it to an Apple store they would have replaced it on the spot.

Update on my ghost touch: I brought my phone to Apple genius bar. They ran diagnostics check & all was fine, so then wiped out the phone and did factory reset. My phone has been fine since.

I just updated my iPhone X to 11.4 and it still has the ghost touch glitch. going to call apple support today and see if i can get it fixed.

I also have this problem.

It may be severe hardware problem from weak hardware.

I am also having this issue though my phone was repaired. Why Apple doesn’t see this problem. They should take back all problem lot number of iPhone X.

Why do you think a lot number is involved?

I mean, same part number has same problem. Apple should know it.
