Hello, Not sure if only mine iPhone X got this issue, which is ghost touch on my screen! When I browse either news page or Facebook. It always pop up ghost touch! Anyone here can advise? I got video to proof..
I went to my local Apple store, told them what happened. They took me right away with no appointment (next available appointment was a week later). They had me speak with a manager. Then, They brought someone from the back room. This was the person who would handle my repair. They offered a two tiered solution - calling it a “false touch” issue, they were going to replace the screen. And, if that didn’t work, they were going to give me a new phone.
They replaced the screen in about 45 minutes. It has worked fine ever since.
I recommend going to the store - capture the craziness on video if possible (I used someone else’s phone).
I am running into similar issue. Apple support consultant says this is the first time they have seen it. I think Apple is trying to hide the fact of problem with iPhone.
I thought I was the only one. Its crazy that you dont even touch the screen and it goes wild. Its only like you said in the middle row of apps. I wonder how many others are experiencing this...

Arggg this issue is soooo annoying, Apple needs to do something about it. I have purchased mine in Dec but the issue started to happen from late March.
Yeah I agree, Ive had iphones ever since 4. Def switching to samsung for my next one.
I've upgraded to 11.2 and my phone is doing the same thing sometimes is unmanageable, I just want to throw my phone.

Nope Hard Reset did not fix it. Will go to the apple store.

Didn’t work for me. After some time it did happen again. I tend to believe it has to do with the new version of iOS.
We went to the apple store. They told us nothing was wrong with the phone, then replaced the screen. That worked for about a month, Now we are back to the ghost touch. #thanksapple
I'm having the exact same issue. My phone is 6 months old. I have an appt at Genius bar. Can you let me know how you make out please?
Finally, my phone has been replaced too with a new one...
If you took it to Apple they would have either fixed it or replaced it. As you did a self repair you voided the warranty under which Apple would have replaced it.
