macOS 10.13.2 failed to install and now won't show in App Store at all

I tried this morning to install macOS 10.13.2 multiple times. Each time, it would appear to be installing, but afterward when I signed in I would receive a message indicating that some updates could not be installed. (It was the only update showing and the only one I chose to install.)

I checked my version of macOS, and it still showed 10.13.1, so I tried again. Same thing happened. Tried a third time. Same thing.

Now, however, the 10.13.2 update won't show up in the App Store at all. It says that no updates are available. My "About This Mac" still shows 10.13.1.

Any idea how to get 10.13.2 to show up in the App Store again and how to get it to install successfully (or maybe view logs about what might be happening)?

I am having this same issue, both with 10.13.2 and the recently released 10.13.3. It downloads and goes through the install process fine, I get the analytics pop up on my desktop when it restarts and all seems good, except the "some updates failed to install automatically" notification. I have no interest in doing a clean install, I expect Apple to fix this issue ASAP. Now I understand why some people wait a year or more before installing the latest OS.
