iPhone X - screen temporarily freezes

Same DAILY issue, freezing, unresponsive, worst iPhone I’ve ever owned. After less than three months it’s going back on Friday and I’m NOT getting another one. Apple, please spend some of your billions by conducting proper trials before selling new phones and expecting us to be geany pigs.

Genius bar identified nothing wrong with my phone and obviously at the time my phone was not frozen, yet freezes at least once per day. The screen remains on, just unresponsive and "stuck" with no other way to fix it but hard reset. I was told to make sure the phone was updated and possibly try a reset... So no news here either

Okay so I just got this iPhone X for Christmas. It constantly freezes. I always wake up to it completely frozen. Even while typing this it has frozen three times. This is the WORST iPhone I have ever purchased. I hate it. I don’t even know what to do. I even reset the phone and it doesn’t help. I have to sit there and fool around with the volume button and ringer to unfreeze it. This phone is awful, I’m extremely disappointed and mad over this .

Mine freezes up multiple times a day too. It has done this since I got it around a month ago. It actually froze up while tying to type this. I switched back to iPhone from Samsung, thinking that was a big mistake.

my iphone X gets frozen a lot lately for couple hours. Before it got frozen sometimes but i would wait a couple minutes and it would be fine. Since last Saturday, it has been getting worse. it doesnt response for couple hours even i try to reset somany times. hours later, somehow it works and then it freezes again. i called apple, went to the ******* store, all they said was reseting it. im really tired of the iphone X. it affects my business too much. and i will get rid of it soon

I am having exact same issue as last comment. It used to freeze and come back, i havent had the phone for 2 months yet.. very dissapointed. Today it froze for over an hour, just got off the phone and an appt to go to genius bar tomorrow.. after paying so much money for it i really expect a better phone. Thanks for all info on those who dealt in past.

I also have the same issue and my colleague has it too. The difference is that I have iPhone SE and my colleague has iPhone 5S. But the symptoms are the same. Quite often the screen becomes inactive or frozen and doesn't react to my fingers.

Freezing happens on iPhone 7 too and/or at least iOS 11. iOS 11 freezes, and music bug

Thanks, exactly the same, restored mine yesterday after speaking to Apple support, still freezing. The X is absolute rubbish, don’t want another, will downgrade

Even I bought the same phone and extremely disappointed with this.

My iPhone X has been having the same problems. Did they replace it without any hassle?

iPhone X hangs most of the time . Some apps am not able to close always need force restart.

iPhone 7a is better compared to iPhone x

I have the same issue. Dam thing hands for hours. I hate rebooting my phone every day. It’s like running Windows 98. Well at least the thing cost as much as my win98 box.
