The Apple store is Naperville IL, that is over 3 hours away. Is there a local battery store that my iPhone 6 can be taken to?

Still have my old iPhone 4 that could be reactivated as a temp until my phone is done.
Do not live in Idaho, Have Hughes net there signal comes from there. Live in Milan,IL. Is Best Buy an authorized to change I phone 6 Batteries? There is one about 8 miles from me.
Where do I take my I Phone 6 to get battery replaced? I live in Pawleys Island, SC (29585)??
