Issue for "Could not connect to Apple Pay", "apple pay is temporarily unavailable"

Same thing happening to me, seems like it should be a simple straight forward fix....

this isnt the issue op is having AT ALL!

i took part in a few of the ios 11 betas.

also based on the couple apple pay reps ive talked to it seems many people are having this issue. just have to get people to call in and have it escalated to the engineers!

I was having trouble getting the watch to accept the card the phone already had and then turned the wifi off and tried it with a cellular connection. It worked immediately.

This is a known server issue on apple’s end. I have spoken with two Apple Pay specialists and been in contact with engineers. This will highly unlikely solve the issue.

If only it where that easy. It looks like we want get a fix for this. Apparently it is not a priority. Not to happy with Apple right now.

Yes, mine started working miraculously as well. I did nothing, I simply tried it and it worked. Glad to have Apple Pay back.

I was able to add the card, but still apple wallet can not connect to apple pay
