It's not Apple's problem to fix. You've installed software that needs Java, and a very specific version of Java. The developer of that software needs to update it so that it will use any available version of Java, or not use Java at all.
Apple has dropped Java. They seem to want absolutely nothing to do with it.
Wish I had an idea of what the culprit might be... I really don't.
I'm only aware of two things, Adobe's CS suite and some Faceplant video chat program.
You'd think with the amount of money Adobe charges for their software, they'd easily be able to update it.
By the way, following the More Info... button brings me to the Java download where it confirms I have the most recent version installed...

You have a program installed that was poorly designed such that it can only use the legacy Java 6 provided by Apple. The page linked by More Info has a tiny link to the download for Java 6 from Apple: Java SE 6
You should find a replacement for whatever program that is as Apple has threatened to completely remove their Java in the next OS. I think they threatened it with High Sierra, but then capitulated due to the number of users who are handcuffed to old versions of Adobe products.
