Thank you for your patience as we got back to you. We have been unable to replicate this issue on a similarly configured test device. We recommend you uninstall the CNBC App and restart your Apple TV before reinstalling the App.

There used to be a thread on this by people with the same exact problem but I think it was deleted for some reason.

This thread is still here yes ...but where is the other one by Larry_Sochrin1? He had a discussion going and I tried to reach it today and this came up. Maybe I can’t properly search or something but he responded to something I said and I got a email and the link now takes me to this:

Super glitchy for me as well. Nearly new Apple TV 4K w/ tvOS 11.2.6. Signed in through my cable provider (Google Fiber) and I get the error "Token Request Failed". Other streaming apps through my cable provider work fine, including CNNgo, AMC, FoxNow, NBC, ABC, etc.
