Unable to sync computer itunes library to ipod touch.

dragged and dropped song purchased appears in ipod with circle on left doesnt play but plays in library.

iPod touch (6th generation), iOS 11.2.5

fixed by disconnect and reconnect i had previously downloaded and updated
