iTunes (12.7.3) update problems

Hi there,

First, right click on iTunes and Run as administrator.

If not working, install:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=26347

After, then try to run as administrator

I've tried deleting and re-installing and keep getting the same issue, Apple needs to fix this issue ASAP
