Can someone please tell me if MacKeeper is a valid and reliable resource for my Mac notebook? Also, please give me any feedback on experiences with Zoom Support. Is this a legit company. Please tell me about your experience with them. I signed up with them last night and then had a gut feeling I had made a grave error. On line reviews are mixed. I can't figure out whether they are legit or a scam/hacker. Thanks!

MacKeeper is as bad as malware. Zoom Support is not a legitimate Apple Support organization.
No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.
Mackeeper is scam-ware, do not install under any circumstance. Zoom Support is not an Apple Authorized Repair Company.
Further to the post from macjack, any "support" that is accessed based upon a popup message will Always, always, always be a scam.

None are required.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac will detect MacKeeper as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Software) and will remove the app and all of its components.
