Speeding up Airport Extreme?

If I connect via Ethernet to my Time Capsule, my full 200mbps/10mbps connection is what I'm seeing. But if I plugin an Airport Express and my computer picks up that device in the other end of the house for its wifi connection, the speed drops to 90mbps/10mbps.

My express is connected via Ethernet to a jack in the wall that runs to the media closet and is effectively plugged straight into the Time Capsule. When I test the speed coming out of the wall, it's that same 200mbps/10mbps... but when I plug the Express into that same jack, and connect to the Express, the speed again drops to 90/10.

Any idea how to speed up the Express to match the Time Capsule's wifi speed?

If the Express can't handle that speed, is there any way to extend the Apple device based network to get the full 200mbps (with some loss) over wifi?
