Man shrugging emoji issue

If I type "man shrugging" emoji on latest macOS (10.13.3), it fails to show as a single character.

Like this:

Apostrophes and quotation marks Hello, Apostrophes and quotation marks on Hebrew Mac keyboard are diagonal and tilted (׳ ״) whereas in Windows they are upright (' "). Problem is when searching a text contacting these marks, Windows user wouldn't find the text because the marks are different. Is there any way to type the upright apostrophes and quote marks on Mac without using emoji and symbols? Hope the problem I presented is clear.

Emojis are not working in Final Cut Pro X I have an Macbook Pro from early 2015, and it's running 10.13.4. Final Cut Pro version, 10.4 Recently I have been trying to add emojis (the ones from special characters) into Final Cut Pro and it isn't adding anything. It works in pages, text-edit, iMovie and everything else except for Final Cut Pro. I really am getting frustrated, because it works everywhere else except Final Cut Pro.Whenever I try to add an emoji it just doesn't add anything to the text field. The only time it does is when it is a heart emoji, it will then show a white heart, not an emoji form, but very pixelated. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yeah, and this must already be rather old system. Maybe they'll update this in the future.
