How can I change the scrolling direction of my mouse without changing the scrolling direction of my trackpad?

Is there a way to keep the "natural" scrolling direction on my trackpad, but change the scrolling direction of my mouse to "unnatural" (or uncheck the box in system preferences)?

Or in other wards, swiping up on the trackpad scrolls down on the page, and scrolling down on the mouse wheel (towards you) scrolls down on the page.

It seems to me that these settings are linked together, if you uncheck the natural scrolling direction box for a wireless mouse it will automatically uncheck the box for the trackpad, and vice versa.

These settings should be independent so you can scroll differently with both devices.

Has anyone found a solution to this? I submitted feedback to Apple and hope that they will add this in a future update, because I would rather not use a third party utility...
