iphone 8 plus 4G problem

Hello,

I can't connect to 4G/LTE on my iphone 8 plus, I've reset network settings, restart, force restart. I have the latest iOS 11.2.5. what's the solution to all this?

yes, I did, yesterday, and customer service over the phone told me that my sim card supports 4G/LTE and it should work instantly as long as my phone supports 4G/LTE, and another one kept putting me on hold and then told me to restart the phone after supposedly did something and said they'll call back in 10 minutes and they didn't. So I wanted to ask here if someone had the same problem

I bought it from a company owned by Amazon in Egypt called "Souq.com". Vodafone's customer service over the phone told me that my sim card supports 4G/LTE and it should work instantly as long as my phone supports 4G/LTE, and another one kept putting me on hold and then told me to restart the phone after supposedly did something and said they'll call back in 10 minutes and they didn't. So I wanted to ask here if someone had the same problem before getting back to them again
