How to turn Bluetooth or Trackpad without a mouse

I have a compact MacBook without USB ports.

I disabled the trackpad and used just a Bluetooth mouse. Accidentally turned off bluetooth and now can not use cursor at all. How can I turn on Bluetooth with a keyboard?

Or another option - how to turn on the trackpad using the keyboard?

Now my MacBook is totally unuasable because of this issue. Help please.

That helped:

  1. Hit Command+Spacebar to bring up Spotlight, then type in “Bluetooth File Exchange” and hit the Return key
  2. This launches the Bluetooth File Exchange app, which will immediately recognize that Bluetooth is turned off, simply hit the “Return” key again to choose the “Turn Bluetooth On” button
