iforgot.apple.com isn't letting me reset my security questions, it is only prompting me to reset my password (which i don't need to do).

I recently got a new iphone 8+ and when i went to purchase a song from itunes, it prompted me not only for my password, but for my security questions, which i forget.

when i go into iforgot.apple.com i keep getting prompted to reset my password/recover my account. All i need is to change my questions.

Why am i able to 'manage' every other aspect of my Apple ID (name, address, billing info, password) at the website, BUT NOT THE STUPID SECURITY QUESTIONS????

If you change your password, will it allow you to reset the security questions?
