Since this morning I'm having this problem wtih my Iphone, I already restart the phone, it still no working, everytime I try to turn on the Tuch ID I have that error "unable to activate touch id on this phone, please come back and try it again"

It's a hardware problem. Make an appointment at the genius bar. Note that if you had the display and/or home button replaced by anyone other than Apple, they will no longer service it and Touch ID will never work on that phone again.
I did it, a few days ago, I have 11.2.6, but not luck
I’ve also updated to the newest IOS :( no luck either.
