Cloudfront.net in mobile data safari ? Virus?

I am getting a pop up from this cloudfront.net and have all the right safari settings. Have read many complaints but not sure I am seeing solutions for iPhone. Last request from someone with same title ended with only two responses. Has anyone been able to find a solution?
