How do I move a specific Mail folder from my iMac to my iPad Pro?

you can do it using an Apple ID and iCloud. Creating a folder used for Mail and have both devices contain that folder. You are going to need to create that folder in iCloud first. Then it shows up in Mail , from there you can populate the folder or create more folders.
