Mail and Mailboxes - how to rebuild/reindex

all at once? I don't want to do it one by one = isn't there any way to do a rebuilding and/or reindexing of Mail [all mailboxes] and its mailboxes all at once?

Also, I have a few SmartMailboxes and moved things from them and deleted them on my iMac == and they came back. I've done it a couple of times and they still come back. I want them gone!

I tried this on one of my mailboxes for a Google mail account. After clicking rebuild my mailbox did NOT appear to be empty. What am I doing wrong? I assume that local copies of my email is stored on my hard drive. How do I tell Spotlight to exclude it and then allow it? In other words what is the level for the hard drive. I Windows it was the "C:" drive. Thanks in advance.
