Restrictions of I Phone X purchased from Dubai

Can you please let me know if i will have problems using a iPhone brought from Dubai.

The Phone is still in int's original packaging. If I use my Apple id that I use in Sri Lanka and re set the phone can I install Face time and the Face id that I beleive are blocked in Dubai

iphone bought in UAE no FaceTime even with ios 11.3 update. My cousin bought me an iphone from Saudi Arabia. I read somewhere that the FaceTime ban was lifted and that the ios 11.3 update would bring it back to uae iphones. Howeve, I cannot access the applicatio but it does appear on the iphone storage setting.

FaceId is disabled in iPhone 14 Dear Apple, I’m using iPhone 14 and my faceid isn’t working. It happened suddenly and i’ve tried all solutions to do. Phone shows me FaceId Issue in Parts and Service history. I bought my phone from Japan and I live in Turkey. I asked for help from official Apple Store in Turkey. They told me that they can’t help me with Japan devices. What am i gonna do now? Do i have to go to Japan or what? What about which country can help me with this warranty ?

No. If you bought a phone where FaceTime is restricted, or banned, you will not be able to add it on later.
