Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do about scam e-mails, except forward them to Apple. Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you, not you e-mail address. If you read the e-mail, there is some questionable wording - this issued instead of this issue.
Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams
Send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it.
