We have been using the Disney XD app for a while now but this morning we had a message to update our app. No updates available. My kids signed out and tried to sign back in but got the same error message. They then deleted the app and tried to reinstall it. Now it won't even reinstall. Tried shutting down the Apple TV and restarting. No go. Any suggestions?
I think the solution is to use the “DisneyNow” app. It appears Disney has combined their Disney, Disney Junior, and Disney XD apps into a single app.
I got the same message from the Disney XD app that it needed to be updated and then found there was no update available. It would’ve been more helpful to point us to the new app.
