Missing Videos in icloud photo library

I am using iPhone SE 16gb.

Due to low storage space, I have turned on iCloud photo library.

2 days ago I have shot some videos with my camera app and have seen them at iCloud.com>photos synced and stored in original resolution.

Now I am confused whether I have deleted them from my phone or not, I am unable to find them at iCloud.com>photos

They are gone ... not even in the 'recently deleted' folder.

I have talked to phone support just now and was told that if I deleted them from my phone then it will be automatically deleted from iCloud photo library and they can't be recoverable. However, I am reading in the web that it is a little known fact that deleted photo if once synced with apple server will be permanently deleted after 30days.

Is anyone faced similar problems? Is there any chance I can get those videos recovered by writing to apple etc ?
